Can you help me select the right product and get it to work properly ?

We offer free pre-sales technical support so if you have any questions about which product would work best for you, please send us an email or call us and we will be happy to give you advice.

We also offer free lifetime technical support for as long as you own the product, so if you have any questions about how it works or how to install it, get in touch and again we will be happy to help.

Which parts are used in your systems?

We only use major branded parts sourced from the manufactures directly or from official distributors. For some components, such as graphics cards and hard drives we don't state the make and model as this varies depending on the current stock. Hard drive brands we use can be either Toshiba, Seagate, Western Digital or Samsung.

The prices and stock availability fluctuate regularly, therefore we cannot stick to one make or guarantee that a certain brand will be used.

What testing and quality control is carried out?

Every PC undergoes at least a 12-hour "burn-in" test prior to dispatch to make sure all computers are dispatched fully working. If an Operating System is purchased all drivers would be set up and the PC would be ready to run from the box. As part of our quality control process every custom PC is double-checked by another technician to make sure it is as per the order and a quality control sheet is enclosed with the order.

Does my PC come with a manual and recovery media if I want to reinstall it ?

Every PC we sell comes with a "Getting Started" manual and a recovery USB flash drive if you ever wanted to reinstall your computer.

Unlike big brands like Dell, HP or Asus, we provide completely clean, bloatware-free recovery media to ensure maximum performances and reliability right of the bat, without the hassle and security leaks of third party software.

Which International Countries Do you Ship To ?

We ship our computers to a variety of different countries, mostly in Europe and North America (USA and Canada).

For other countries, please contact us.

What Delivery Service do you use ?

We ship with only with high standarts shipping company like UPS, Fedex ou DHL to ensure maximum security of the package.

Warranty & Support

What is the 30 Days No Questions Asked Return Policy ?

Here at Pure Perception we have a 30 Days No Questions Asked Return Policy. It is very simple : if you are not happy with the computer you bought, we'll take it back as long as it is within 30 days of when you got it and it is not a special ordered item.

We will give you a full refund unless you damaged the computer or packaging. And that case, we will still take it back but we'll charge re-stocking fee (wichi will depend on the damages). The only times we don't accept a return is if it has a special customisation.

To return a computer, just contact us to get a RMA.

Can I upgrade my PC without invalidating the warranty ?

Yes ! We understand that our customers have a requirement to upgrade certain parts along the way, such as SSDs, RAM, PCIE cards.

Make sure that proper precautions are taken when carrying out any upgrades, and the parts used are compatible and of high quality without any defects. If a warranty claim is made for a PC that has been upgraded, and the fault can potentially be attributed to the upgraded part, then you might be responsible for labour and any other costs incurred.

 

What happens if I have a problem with my PC?

If you have a problem with the PC and require technical support you can contact us and we will do our best to resolve any issues reported as quickly as possible. We will reply with possible solutions, and if a hardware fault is confirmed by our technical support advisor we can proceed with collection process.

What is the Premium Warranty ?

We offer a 3 years warranty on every computer we build. But you may want an even better Warranty Plan : that's why we created a Premium Warranty Plan, which extends the warranty up to 5 years. Your shipping expenses will be also be reimbursed if the product needs to be returned.

Tip : Do not forget to ask for an invoice when you send us back your computer, we need it for the reimbursment process.

How does the Warranty process works ?

Pure Perception Computers are ultra-efficient computers shipped after extended burning tests. But sometimes it is not enough, and you may encounter problems.

If you encounter a problem with your Pure Perception Computer, the first thing to do is to contact the Support Team with a description of your issue.

We will then try to perform a remote diagnostic to see which component is faulty, and send you instructions to  repair your computer.

In some cases, we can access your computer using Teamviewer and resolve the issue immediately.

If your computer needs to send back to us for further analysis and componenet replacement, we will send you an RMA number (Return Merchandise Authorization) and instructions.

 

What is covered by the Warranty Plan ?
  • Every hardware failures are covered.
  • Operating System failures are covered.
  • The Warranty Contrat is transferable : as long as your Pure Perception Computer is within it's warranty period, we will take care of it, even if you bought yours from a friend.

We use Paypal, which is simple, secured and widely used online.

What is the Interest-Free Payment Plan ?

The Interest-Free Payement Plan makes paying for your Audio Computer/Workstation easier by spreading the cost over 3 months (instead of a one-time full payment).

LiveChat is a great tool for quick answers, while Email is better for more complex questions.

What information do I need to provide Pure Perception when I chat or e-mail ?
